Why I needed to write these tips…
At the time of this writing, it is the beginning of a new year and that means new goals, new focus, and new commitments. For me, that means I make a new commitment and goal to do just about everything on my list of goals! Unfortunately, I always learn the hard way that that it not sustainable.
I was only 1 week into the year this year when I began to lose focus and experience tremendous overwhelm. That was even sooner than normal! I normally takes a month for me to experience this frustrating experience.
As you may know, if you’ve read my book, I believe the greatest way to reach your greater goals is to create regular habits and actions that you can take to reach those goals. It’s a simple enough plan… You simply determine the habits and then you do the work and put the effort into to completing those habits daily and weekly etc.
But what do you do when you start to fall short and you start failing at your commitments?
